How PASTOR Writing Method Can Help You Creating An Irresistible Offer
A simple, yet powerful way to create a post that converts.

Hey friend đź‘‹
Welcome to Creator Bullets #6.
Today's topic is implementing a persuasive writing technique that prints money at your will.
Writing a copy for your offer and online course landing page can be problematic if you don't know how to approach it. In fact, you could spend hundreds of hours perfecting your landing page without any meaningful impact on your course's conversion rate and sales.
If you are like me, you could stare at a blank space with non-existent progress to make your landing page converts. You feel like it's pointless and find no meaning in it.
Worry not; you are not alone. There are many course creators out there who feel the same way. Hence, they try to hire a copywriter as a short-term solution, but it costs them a lot of money.
To find a solution, I searched the entire internet for a simple yet powerful way to create a landing page that truly converts. That's when I stumbled upon a game-changing framework by Justin Welsh.
Let's dive in.
The PASTOR Technique
The PASTOR technique was originally created by Ray Edwards. It is a copywriting technique to persuade readers to do something for you with a call to action.
The structure is so easy to understand that even a toddler who just learned to walk can use it to persuade you to buy them a balloon.
PASTOR stands for problem, amplify, story, transformation, offer, and response.
Here's for more details:
Problem: Find out what issues and difficulties your audience is dealing with.
“What things bother or frustrate them and need to be fixed?”
Amplify: Draw attention to the negative consequences of not dealing with these issues.
“What might go wrong if we don't fix the problem? Make it clear that it's urgent and important.”
Story: Share a really interesting story or example that connects with your audience.
“Show the problem in a way they can easily relate to, making it simple for them to see themselves in the story.”
Transformation: Introduce your solution and explain how it can really shake things up.
“Share the perks and positive results that your product or service can deliver.”
Offer: Present your product or service as the best solution to achieve the transformation you're looking for.
“Explain its features, benefits, and why it's the best choice.”
Response: End with a clear and strong call to action.
“Lead your audience through the next steps to implementing your proposed solution and encourage them to act immediately.”
The PASTOR technique is a science-based approach to persuade the audience to do anything for you. It emphasizes a pain point and uses it as a base to offer your audience a solution they can't resist. Now, You can easily create an offer, post, or landing page that drives people to buy your products by highlighting their problems and offers with your solutions.
PASTOR Technique Case Study
Let's work on how you can put the PASTOR technique into practice for a post. Here are key steps to figure out your PASTOR post:
Find a product/service you want to promote.
Identify the problems that your audience faces.
Highlight the negative consequences if they don't address the problem.
Describe how their lives will change if they use your product/service.
Explain why your product/service is their best option.
Close it with a call to action that drives them to the next steps, in this case, to buy.
Here's an example of a post that uses the PASTOR so you can absorb it better:
Topic: Solopreneurship
Target Audience: 9-5 employees.
Product/Service: Course and community to become a solopreneur.

Let's break the case down into pieces.
Pain: Feeling stuck in the 9-5 routine by craving something exciting.
Amplify: Losing your dream, feeling low every day, not being able to set your own schedule, and being unfulfilled.
Story: Sarah took the course and became a solopreneur, living happier than ever and doing work she loves on her own terms.
Transformation: Sarah's course was full of practical tips and a supportive community.
Offer: Solopreneur Success course with a complete guide, tips, tools, and a supportive community.
Response: Click here to join.
That's all!
With the PASTOR technique, you'll be more effective in creating a post, offer, and landing page that prints money at your will. Say goodbye while staring at your blank space!
Now, it's time for you to put it into practice and let me know the result.
I look forward to seeing you again next week when we discuss more interesting topics about how the top 1% of creators and solopreneurs make their money.
